Table Florals for a dinner at Hopetoun House

There are certain rooms that stop you in your tracks. The dining room at Hopetoun House is one of them: crimson damask walls, gilt-framed portraits of ancestors gazing down from every angle, ornate plasterwork ceiling, and a grandeur that has barely changed in three centuries. When we were invited to dress its 24-foot dining table for a Michelin dinner, we knew the flowers had to be worthy of the room. Not competing with it.  The space told us everything we needed to know about colour. British Tulips

    Spring time brings the loveliest of flowers and one of my favourite things has become choosing our weekly tulip selection. We currently have tulips arriving every week from well established British Grower Smith and Munson.
