This position will be to provide all round floristry support within our busy shop. The ideal candidate will have previous floristry experience working in a similar role, as well as a genuine passion for flowers. An in-depth knowledge of flowers is a must.
This is a public facing role where a confident and friendly approach is required. Responsibilities will include serving customers, creating floral arrangements, looking after plant stock, monitoring stock levels, ensuring the shop is kept clean and tidy, updating shop displays, responding to enquiries, assisting with social media and general admin. The candidate will also be required to teach some workshops in floristry and plant care.
You must be enthusiastic, adaptable, reliable and be able to to work on your own initiative.
This position is for two days per week (including weekends), plus overtime during busy periods.
